Technology You Can Count On

At Melsur, only the best is good enough.

Melsur's sophisticated thermoset molding operation utilizes the finest equipment available, much of it custom designed to satisfy our requirements. Computer-driven and monitored Lawton presses ranging from 400 to 1,000 tons in size are equipped with dual pumping systems to avoid production delays. Melsur brings unparalleled accuracy, reliablility, and repeatability to every job to assure top quality products and timely deliveries.

Top quality starts with our basic ingredients. Materials are accurately measured and constantly monitored. Once the ingredient blend is perfect, we test for color accuracy to ensure that the color of each component precisely matches your past orders, as well as present and future ones.

There's no such thing as "good enough" in our approach to quality. Each piece has to be perfect, or it never leaves a Melsur facility. Our control is so stringent that our product return rate is virtually zero!

Environmental Awareness

Melsur uses 100% re-cycled hardwood materials in our products.

And we haven't forgotten that people perform best in an environment conducive to quality workmanship. That's why we house our modern equipment in facilities designed to be livable, year-round. We've installed climate-controlled systems in our facilities that include humidity control and extensive dust collection systems to ensure uninterrupted production.

We have an Environmental, Health, and Safety group devoted to making sure we are a leader in these important areas.
